Of county parks, King's Landing Park (in Calvert) does. Has a nice riding ring (or whatever you call it) also.
I love horseback riding! Do you know which Maryland State park offers it?
They have horses to rent for horseback riding? I didn't know that!

None of them do directly that I know of. Locally, Greenwell but there were some rumors last year about them closing. Not sure if they did.

All thiis time I've been in the area, and I didn't know there were places locally that offered horseback riding trail rides. My first time taking a horseback riding trail ride was a few years ago, and I discovered I liked it.
Well, that is after I realized I wasn't to die going over the side of the mountain in Wyoming.

IMHO, I do see women that piss away a ton of money on, "oh you have to have one of these and so and so said this person can teach your horse"...that crap can drive you broke. The big secret, get on it and ride. The more miles, the better the horse will be
