Soldiers slam Wounded Warrior Program at Bragg

"FORT BRAGG, N.C. — It took Jay Erwin two months to find the U.S. Army Wounded Warrior Program at Fort Bragg.

When he finally found the program’s representative — Clyde Foster — he was told that he might not be injured enough.

“I’m not sure if your injuries are significant enough to become a member,” Erwin said Foster told him without seeing his medical records."

And these same folks want the federal government to take over everybody's health care.
Yeah! Longer wait times for ER visits, check ups, scripts, and not to mention the cost. We are going to have to figure out when we will get sick or hurt weeks in advance. The gubbment can't find millions of illegals, but I'll be they can tell each and everyone of us when we will get sick and where we will get hurt.
I've been checking prices and cost of living for Canada. Moving there is starting to sound better than just the joke.

I know that. But I would not label them as blatently liberal either.

What's wrong with wounded soldiers kvetching over their quality of care? If you had parts blown off on foreign soil while serving your country you outta be allowed to complain.

There isn't a problem what so ever about them complaing. What I said earlier wasn't towards them complaing. It's about how they report the negative about the program making it sound like the whole thing is screwed up and super slow. They found some (probably worse case) instances and made an article about it. What they don't tell us is that there are really good things this program does and our wounded are greatful for that.
Whether you get parts blown off or not, it's because of the men and women taking that chance that allows all of us the opportunity to complain.
