Being that I am communications, it's pretty available! They have something called VOIP (voice over IP) phones here. One of the commercial lines is Segovia (new name now though). They also have free internet cafes. Since I am a higher headquarters, I get internet in my office. We also bought a satellite internet dish so we could have it for personal computers. That is for MWR. We do all this in addition to the numerous different military communications systems.
