So Arubry wasn't out for a jog, he was running for his life.....
Only thing missing were the white sheets and hoods....

I don't think it changes what I think of the men in custody, because a man is dead, and they really didn't have any business trying to collar him.

It does however change what is being spread in the news - that these two guys shot and killed a guy for no reason other than he was black. At the very best, they might argue self-defense, but multiple shots and the very clear evidence that Ahmaud was obviously trying to GET AWAY from them rather than attack them probably blows that idea to hell. Second degree murder which can still get you life without parole.

the only thing I would correct is that they "had no business". Under Georgia state law, they can make a citizen's arrest. Georgia also has an open carry law. You can see the defense coming, "but your honor, the boy wouldn't stop a runnin from us"

The homeowner has chimed in as well and sad to say since their not supporting the neighborhood watch, they are getting death threats.
That says a lot about their neighbors.

Gee, so that elderly couple in Delaware shot dead last week visiting their sons grave, shot dead by a thug, killed, were felons and the assailant was standing his ground???? Didn’t see that mentioned by the networks national news.

There are only two videos that I've heard discussed.
One was shot by a friend of the father / son team. He is being investigated as a third suspect - may have been charged by now.
The only other video was the one captured by the homeowners security system.
If I recall the deceased wasn't the only one to have visited the property and he went in, looked and walked out. Didn't take or break anything.
Homeowners said he did no harm, no big deal. They are upset with what transpired.

Of course they are upset. They are being threatened for something they didn't have a roll in, and are having to take the extra steps of coming out and saying they don't care who tresspasses on their property so they can distance themselves from the incident. If they truly didn't care, they wouldn't have a monitored camera on the premises. Can't wait for the follow-up story about the bum orgies on their property now that they have decided to welcome one and all.

The only video I saw was the X cop talking. It showed him walking by the house before going in. He only started running when the neighbor came out.
