What sort of drugs is POTUS on? After around 40 minutes, whatever sort of drugs they gave him started to wear off.

His speech started to slur, and he has these weird tics with his left shoulder and left arm.

Pence clearly noticed and the Sergeant at Arms noticed too and helped him navigate away from the mic at the end.

Did anyone else notice that she started her rebuttal talking about the potholes in Michigan (and the kid that is filling them up on his own) but, then she goes on to say how OTHER STATES are handling their infrastructure and repairing THEIR roads?
