Progress in Media, Democrats, Eurocrats will NEVER accept the use of the word Genocide ...

The excuse is

Genocide DOES NOT APPLY, because the deaths are not Government Sponsored, thereby ONLY a Crime Problem

and we all damn well know if blacks were being murdered in such means this would damn well be Genocide

Africa is shite because

1. There is NO Word in native African Languages for Maintenance. therefor NO concept of maintenance
2. There is NO Word for Democracy .. therefor NO Real Concept, Africa is all Tribal, Tribal is ALL AFRICANS UNDERSTAND

I guess the thing is, if the government WERE engaged in sanctioned genocide, you certainly would never expect them to own up to it.

On the other hand what is far more likely - because I’ve seen it elsewhere - if brutality due to wanton bigotry and racism were to occur, it wouldn’t surprise me that a corrupt government just decides to completely look the other way. When we were in Russia, the black folks with us were advised never to go out at night - because they’d get beaten to hell and the cops would do absolutely nothing. Maybe for a bribe. They did advise Americans not to “advertise” they’re American.

In corrupt nations, law enforcement is horrible.
