They are AWESOME!!! No worries - you'll be in good hands! Good luck!
Ditto - I've been to the California office twice, once to have an emergency surgery (tooth had broken into gumline) and then for the follow-up. I saw Dr. Knight both times, he is excellent! The nurse who assisted him (or hygenist?) was very nice as well. Not to mention, that I wasn't sure if my insurance was going to cover as much of the procedure as they thought it would and I discussed that with the receptionist when I made the payment for the other portion that they estimated. She told me they would take care of it - so I called the insurance a few days later and indeed, the amount was off (as in, I needed to pay more) so I mentioned that to the receptionist when I went in for the follow-up and again, she said not to worry about it. I still haven't gotten a bill from them (and we are talking about at least $100) and this was almost a year ago

I tried to pay!
My point in telling that is that I have been to a couple of dentists in the area that have billed me (after getting the insurance portion and after I have paid my estimated portion) OVER what the actual procedure costs! My dental pays for twice yearly check-ups, anything else is a percentage based coverage. I've had one dentist try to double bill me for things, and the other just kept deciding to tack on $40 or $50 extra for absolutely no reason. Of course when I called them on it, I didn't have to pay - I got a bunch of blubbering as to why it had happened (3 seperate times/dates... *cough*) Their office is not like that at all.
