Does anyone have a recommendation for a spa repair person or company who will actually return phone calls? I am located in Hollywood.

I'm in Lexington Park and use Chesapeake Spas (where I purchased my hot tub from). They come to this area once a week or so and schedule all appointments on the same day (because of their travel time). If your hot tub is outdoors, you don't even have to be there when they come to fix it. Only thing I'm not sure of is if they repair spas that weren't purchased from them.

Whats it doing , if its the heater element or some other thing like that they are easy to replace. I just replaced my heater element the spa was tripping the breaker when you turn it on , classic heater gone bad. I tried to get service on mine some time back but because no one local sold it to me they did not want to touch it. So thats good for me I saved hundreds of bucks by doing it myself

yeah those connections inside over time tend to loosen up , and the chemicals break down the plastics. If your lucky its just a loose connection on one of the jets or hoses or a gasket that has broke down and can be replaced

Spas are nice but after a while there a PITA , I have couple of jets to replace lucky they just pop in , but my biggest issue is the cover. My cover is about 7 years old the foam in the thing is full of water because from the steam of the tub so the plastic they use to cover the foam breaks down over time the top is so heavy now it takes two people to open the thing.

Good luck with your leak if you find a good spa guy let us know I would be good to know some one local that will work on stuff they didnt install or sell
