The term Spanish is a very broad term. Spaniards are Spanish and only Spaniards can be spanish. Those of us from the Carribean or South America speak spanish. So there is Spanish food from Spain, Mexican Food from Mexico, Puerto Rican food from Puerto Rico and so on and so on and so on.

Can Terbear speak for him/her self?

Hey everyone...first post!

I just ordered a paella pan (22 incher), and some Bomba rice! Hope to be makin my own dish next week...first time for that too!
