I knew him. I filed a complaint against him at a place I used to work at. I had to have people walk me to my car because he would wait for me to get off. He has a nasty temper too. He also has a daughter. Sick bastard!

10 year sentence. He has to serve 9, and one of those ten were suspended. Looks like he's going to big boy jail.

I don't think the courts assign that. It will be in some Maryland state prison.

1. If it were my kid i'd want to know exactly the extent of his brain damage; what areas and what they control.
2. Some people should have "banned from buying alcohol" marks on thier licenses.
3. based on 1&2 if i were the kids father i might be willing to forgive him, or want to kill him and his mother for creating the monster
4. arrest is not proof of guilt (some moron thought it was in the article comments)
5. clearly this guy is a low life douchebag and has been for some time. maybe the world will get lucky and someone will shank him in prison and put him out of his misery.
6. Anyone who thinks 9 years in prison is going to fix a pedophile is naive. He may in fact strike again, i hope they watch hiim closely. They should put pedophiles down.
(did you guys hear about the 40?something man and a younger man rape/molesting a 14 year old, when he has a prior for sex assault 10 years ago? capital punishment for 1st time offenses i say)

For now, he is being housed at the SMCDC. I am sure he will be transferred to a State facility soon.
