What is the red scratch above the "bite"? How'd you get that? Is it possible they could be related due to some trauma?

I was thinking the same thing. All your skin will rot and the problem will be gone. No big deal.. Really dude, that looks bad, Dr. and drugs will cure it. Hope it dosen't spread.
