We were planning on coming to this sale, but then we heard about the Wee Sale in Easton (which is much closer for us). I just read something on the Wee Sale site though that made it sound like the minimum price for anything is $3. They were talking about making groups of clothing to equal $3. Well, I don't want to have to buy a bundle of stuff if I happen to want 1 shirt or shorts. Does Leprechaun Lily's do this?

Did anyone go to the sale today? I was wondering what the prices were like. I just drove an hour and a half each way to Salisbury for their consignment sale. It was at the Wicomico Civic Center so I thought it'd be pretty big. Wrong! It was awful! Not big and HIGH prices. Like regular boys' t-shirts for $5 and $6! I can buy clothes new for that price.

I was wondering if it'd be worth me begging my dad to go to the fairgrounds tomorrow to look for stuff, but I don't want to send him if LL's prices are like todays. Who would pay $10 for a used pair of girls' size 5 pants?!!

Dymphna just called. She just left L.L. Bought 3 paper grocery bags of clothes, stuffed till the seams are bursting. She mostly bought for our 21 month daughter and a few shorts/capris for our 7 yr. old daughter. Don't think she bought anything for the boys.

I went there and couldnt find anything good this time. I go every year and this has been the only year I have not been successful.
