Spyware help?

Re-boot your machine and run the sweeps again. Some "Spyware", leaves a nasty little program that will aide in the re-installation of the original bug. These are a bit more challenging to locate and remove.

if i get rid of windows one care... what other programs do you recommend? i use ad-aware and spybot.... is that good enough to protect my computer? is one care actually worth the $50 a year? thanks for the replies

One more super trick when trying to remove a virus, trojan, spyware, etc. You should disable the restore feature. A lot of the newer "bugs" hide in your last restore and just reseat themselves after you clean them out and reboot. So, if you find that your program removes it, you reboot and find that the problem is back again - disable restore. After you verify after your reboot - Enable Restore again.
