St Marys Beach

Where is this community at in Mechanicsville. Does anyone know? Searching for homes on the internet and came across nice reasonable prices but have no clue where it is at. Is it by Golden Beach by any chance?

according to ADC the map people, (and myself, I used to live there), St Marys Beach is of of north sandgates road. Very nice area but most houses are small.

If you do a search on obrienrealty.com for listings in Mechanicsville, there are several listed as being in St. Mary's Beach. When you map it, it shows SMB as being on Sandgates Rd N just before you get to the water and Sandgates Inn & Seabreeze. There are listings shown for streets on both sides of Sandgates Rd.

I remember looking there when we were househunting awhile back, and the houses are very close together.

A buddy of mine has a house for sale off Golden Beach Rd., just after you go up the hill past the neighborhood info signs, that is for sale. It comes with water rights to Golden Beach.

Well I apoligize. I have lived in Sandgates since the early 90s and have never heard of it referred to as St. Mary's Beach. The only public access beach hasn't been accessable for about 5 years.
