I believe that there is a restricted license for drivers under 18 with time of day restrictions, other than that I don't know of a general curfew.

I'm pretty sure I went through that with my daughter, she could not drive from 12:00-6:00 am. Until she was 18.

I heard that the mother of the boy who died went to the hospital to console the mother of one of the boys that was hurt, not knowing that her own son had been killed.. She was at work, and news of the accident got to her, but not that her son was dead, just some of his friends were injured.. She thought her son was safe in bed

Doesn't MD have a driving curfew for minor drivers?

Yeah, but the driver was 21. The curfew has nothing to do with passengers. Also, I don't think the police can pull someone over for looking too young. Although, when my brother was 16 he was approached by a policeman before he got into his car in the wee hours. (He was working and had a letter from his boss)
