Crap. I did them last night and would have posted them here as "unofficial" until Beev "officially" posts, but I left it at home on my dresser.

I think Clevalley still had the lead and Huntr1 was 2nd. Oh, and me and OHG are above Beev now.

Clevalley got 3 drivers right for 30 points, so he would have 190, he was the only one of us who picked Kenseth.

This has been a strange season. I expected Carl to be contending for wins all season long and expected to see Kyle up there more.

Kyle's been putting on a display of stupidity the last 3 weeks. Good driver, yes, but he needs to learn when to let off.

I also thought Logano would be doing better than he has been. "Sliced Bread."

Here's how the unnoficial NASCAR points look:
1) #24-Jeff Gordon, 1154 [1 win]
2) #48-Jimmie Johnson, 992, -162 [1 win]
3) #2-Kurt Busch, 974, -180 [1 win]
4) #33-Clint Bowyer, 967, -187
5) #14-Tony Stewart, 963, -191
6) #11-Denny Hamlin, 938, -216
7) #18-Kyle Busch, 914,-240 [2 wins]
8) #99-Carl Edwards, 889, -265
9) #17-Matt Kenseth, 864, -290 [2 wins]
10) #9-Kasey Kahne, 851, -303
11) #00-David Reutimann, 845, -309
12) #31-Jeff Burton, 835, -319
Contenders for the top-12:
13) #42-Juan Montoya, 819, -335
14) #29-Kevin Harvick, 796, -358
15) #16-Greg Biffle, 775, -379
16) #88-Dale Earnhardt Jr., 768, -386.(4-5-2009)

I'm impressed with Bowyer, Reutimann and Montoya. I did not think Reutimann or Juan Pablo would be contenders at all.

Mark Martin's almost in the top 12. Remember, they only have to make it to the top 12 by Richmond in September. After that race, the points are reset (by # of wins, 1 win = 10 points) and the Chase for the 2009 Sprint Cup Series Championship begins.

I expect Jeff Gordon, Mark Martin, Jimmie Johnson, Kyle Busch and Matt Kenseth to be contenders. Only thing holding Mark back was the three DNFs at Fontana, Vegas and Atlanta.

I'm impressed with Jimmie though. Once again, Chad Knaus takes a rolling turd and polishes it up and gets a 2nd place finish. Knaus is a ####ing genius.

My bad. I did it real quickly here at the computer. I did give him credit for Kenseth's win on the sheet at home. Sawry.

And Beav, :biteme:

I believe that after Daytona in July , You will see a much improved Logano , should be in top 20 , MAYBE A WIN :yahoo:

I doubt it.

Actually, I'm hearing a lot of rumors about Martin Truex leaving EGR (DEI) because of contract terms. He is supposed to have two full time teammates. But they just shut down the 8 team and the only other EGR car running is Montoya. The only card EGR can play is Andretti - a car EGR owns. But he doesn't have full time sponsorship yet.

If Truex leaves EGR, Gibbs is likely to sign him either to a fourth car (possible but not very likely) or put him in the #20 car.

Yeah, but then Queefer posted and didn't correct it. :ImpeachtheQueef:

You have been docked 50 points for violation of Section 12-4-A of the NASCAR Rulebook, "Actions Detrimental To Stock Car Racing". :killingme
