Did you even READ what you posted to me?

From the OPINION PIECE you posted:

"Desperate to deflect attention from his unpopular war, President Bush will propose tonight in his State of the Union address that the country move toward universal health insurance and raise taxes on highest incomes.

You're thinking I must be kidding. Actually, I'm spinning, which is phrasing facts in a technically accurate, but arguably misleading way to advance a personal point. "

I'm sorry, but I'm going to WAIT and WATCH what President Bush says tonight. THEN I'll digest the speech from that point. Not earlier.

There are lots of people who live in New York city and witnessed 9/11 first hand, and they love Hillary Clinton!!!

They don't have the difficulty realizing that 9/11 wasn't caused by any terrorists from Iraq. Whats yer excuse?

My excuse is pinheads like you only focus on Iraq and forget we have troops in Afghanistan and other terrorist hot spots throughout the world that you seem to have amnesia about!!! And if you love Hillary so much, you can have the b!tch... :coffee:

Please remember people...

forestaliban cheers at the news of more dead soldiers,..ignores any progress, can't explain why the Iraqis are begging the Americans to stay, ignores when we nailed numerous insurgents in Afghanistan during their incursions.

He's what we call the 5th column.
those that look for opportunities to assist the enemy. Please avoid trying to reason or respond to his ascerbic rants.

At Ledo's tonight I heard this passionate father dominate an entire dinner conversation on how Bush is manipulating the supreme court, screwing up the balance of power, wire-tapping innocent Americans, ignoring all the evidence of human induced global warming...etc etc.
On the way out I almost slipped him a napkin that said,
"Quiet idiot! don't you know they are taping you???" :lmao:

I overheard the same guy I think a few weeks ago when I went out to eat, maybe he is making apperances through out the county. All the other tables near by were noticeably annoyed, giving him that Larry David eye.

UMMM didn't the UN say there were no WMD's in Iraq????

Guess they did take care of business, we just ignored them.

http://www.un.org/News/Press/docs/2002/SC7564.doc.htm

Holding Iraq in “material breach” of its obligations under previous resolutions, the Security Council this morning decided to afford it a “final opportunity to comply” with its disarmament obligations, while setting up an enhanced inspection regime for full and verified completion of the disarmament process established by resolution 687 (1991).

Note the date. Read the feakin' thing and quit saying things that are patently false.

Maybe you want to wait for the end???

I don't think I quantified which part of the speech would have those two words, just that they would be tied together within a sentence or two.

That isn't what you said. Way to change your meaning after you found out you were wrong. You are an absolute blithering idiot.

Nope. Didn't start drinking till I had to look at your posts. Gotta tell ya, your posting opinion pieces doesn't do much to your already low credibility. And that's the nicest thing I can say to you right now.

What's your take on Hoyer? I've only lived in MD since Christmas week so I don't know squat about the guy.
