On 12/30/2023, TFC Pope responded to the JAG Laundromat, located at 21600 Great Mills Road, Lexington Park, MD for the report of someone trespassing. Investigation revealed that William Alexander Sledge, 66 of Solomons, MD had been previously issued a notice not to trespass. Sledge was issued a criminal citation for Trespassing: Private Property.

On 1/6/2024, Tpr Baden conducted a traffic stop on Three Notch Road at California Blvd, California, MD. A K9 scan of the vehicle was conducted which resulted in a positive alert. A probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted which revealed suspected Cocaine, suspected Crack Cocaine and associated paraphernalia. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Troy Allen Jones, 31 of Ridge, MD. Jones was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was charged with Possession of CDS: Not Cannabis and Possession of CDS: Paraphernalia.

On 1/6/2024, Tpr Ruel responded to the Shoppers, located at 22599 MacArthur Blvd, California, MD for the report of a theft. Investigation revealed that John Patrick Furey, 42 of Leonardtown, MD stole approximately $530.00 worth of goods. Furey was found to have one active warrant through the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack and one active warrant through the Maryland State Police Prince Frederick Barrack. He was arrested and a search incident to arrest revealed a glass smoking device containing suspected Crack Cocaine. Furey was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was charged with Possession of CDS: Not Cannabis and Theft: $100.00 to Under $1,500.00.

On 1/4/2024, Wendy Hope Firebaugh, 64 of Mechanicsville, MD was arrested by Tpr Baden for Arson-First Degree, Arson-Second Degree, Malicious Destruction of Property-Value Less Than $1,000, and Reckless Endangerment x2

On 1/6/2024, John Patrick Furey, 42 of Leonardtown, MD was arrested by Tpr Ruel for FTA: Driving while license was suspended and FTA: Driving an uninsured vehicle

On 1/8/2024, Paula Nicole Halasz-Carter, 33 of Lexington Park, MD was arrested by Tpr Ruel for FTA: Driving while license was suspended
