No it's not. If someone asked me a year ago what is more likely; the DNC gets hacked or SOMD gets hacked my first thought would be they don't know D Noss or they wouldn't have asked the question.

I forget, snorkeler-of-Obama's-butt, what did he say when OPM was hacked and millions of government workers, government contractors, active duty, reservists, and retired military and federal workers' accounts were hacked?
