Hmm, they both seem to be ranting to me. Also, alg33's grammar is on par with countryclub09's. Using your examples:

All my rafts from last year have popped.
I might get a smaller, kiddie pool this year. The big one was a PIA last year.
We researched pools for a couple of years before we decided on a contractor (used a guy out of Annapolis who is out of business now, but did a great job and have had no problems). In talking with people I got one person who was "satisfied" with the work Stevenson did (no major mishaps, but not a wonderful experience) and about 10 others who wouldn't use them again. I've been in there too to by chemicals, etc. and have to agree with the above - the "persons" behind the counter are less than helpful even when you know what you want.
Stay away!!!

Well...im sorry to hear that your experience with Stevenson Pools was not as great as you wanted it to be.
Not everyone in the world is gonna be satisfied with Everything or in your case Anything.
Im sure all the things you are saying you are just coming out because you have nothing better to do then talk about things that happend in the past that werent a problem then but, because like i said you have nothing better to do with your time you want to share them now.
As far as the whole pool issues that are being said....being a pool owner myself sounds like YOU didnt take care of your pool and you don't want to admit that YOU messed up your pool being the way it is so you pin point it on someone else....well thats typical for a person who never wants to take the blame for anything i must say.
As far as the plaster it sounds like You didnt do YOUR job in brushing and keeping all the chemicals balanced come on now its not that hard and the place offers free chemical testing ...i've had my pool for 6 yrs now and never have had a problem with it and everything has been wonderful, and yes its a stevenson pool and stevenson did a great job on it and every year it gets better and better.
Also, you and your friends can say all these horriable things about this place all you want, really your just making yourself look like fools i know PLENTY of people who love Stevenson Pools and the work they do....everything you have said sounds like a personal problem to me and theres no need to go back to High School with all your Drama.
Oh and Funny thing is how you want to complain about the whole decking job...but i didnt hear you say how you didn't agree to go with the whole cash idea..sounds like once again it was not a problem for YOU at the time.
Stevenson Pools has been in business for 31 yrs now and have built alot of amazing pools and im sure not every customer would agree with you ..everyone can have their own opinion and just because you are dissatisfied does not mean the whole world is.
Another thing you should make promises that you know you cant keep!!!
Save your money and purchase a membership to a pool, less headaches and saves money...
as far as you saying this... who wants to go with your advice in getting a membership to a pool when you obviously wanted to do the same thing they want to do and get a pool at their own house. Having a pool is not bad when the pool customer does their job and actually takes care of their pool. You cant blame stevenson they just build your pool...they cant hold your hand for the rest of their life to make sure nothing goes wrong when its the home owners responsibility.

Like i said before i'm a PROUD owner of a Stevenson Pool and I'm not ashamed to say it in fact here is a picture to prove the wonderful job they have done and all the hard work i have done to make sure my pool is taken care of.

Ok, let me start of by making sure my"grammar" is correct since God only knows that you people find WHATEVER you can to down people.
I find it ironic that everyone on here seems to be slaying the people that are sticking up for Stevenson Pools. How is it ok for someone to come on a[U]public website and bash a company, but its not ok for someone else to defend it? They are doing the same thing as you. Defending what THEY believe. Who are you to judge anyone? As for the "mistakes" made by Stevenson Pools, they are only human so I'm sorry you had a bad experience, but what your doing is Slander, so "before you go pointing fingers, make sure your own hands are clean". Voicing your opinion is one thing, downing people is another. Think about that next time before you open your mouth.
