I made a peach pie using stevia as the sweetner for a friend of mine who is a diabetic last weekend. He hasn't come to get it yet so I don't know if he liked it. If he doesn't pick it up soon I'm going to try it. I love sugar and don't need the calories so I might try it anyway. That peach pie is looking better and better............

I have never cooked with it but have used it in coffee, health smoothies and teas. Let me know how it tastes when you can't take looking at it anymore and dig into it
