[Shannon] "stole 24 million in checks and ordered to pay $113,333.87 in restitution? So 5 years in prison and still 23 million and change when they get out sounds like a pretty good deal. They don't mention if any checks were recovered, if they were there should be more arrests for buying govt checks."
