Stomach Flu??

I was thinking the same thing too flo. Usually when I get that way I try to eat bland. Like rice or plain oatmeal I don't go for salad. I also don't eat much when I am sick either as I am not hungry enough to eat.

Heck I have had nothing since 8 this morning. Afraid to eat! LOL

That is how I am too flo when I get that way. A few years ago I went to my dads and luckily I made it in the door to my home which is 2hrs from him then it hit me. My mom tried to get me to eat a hamburger on the way home as I hadn't eaten since breakfast (7am) and mom picked me up at close to 2pm but I told her I wasn't feeling so great and she understood when we got home. I had both ends though not just one. My mother ended up missing a whole week of work due to me being sick as a dog. I think during that week I lost over 5lbs and I missed work that whole week too which my boss wasn't happy about (she called me a liar when I got back to work). I made a call to my mom and had her call and tell her what was going on then she came back and appologized she thought I just wanted to get out of doing shelving and inventory since I was the only one doing it and it had to be done that week its not like you can say this week I will get sick and be so sick I can barely get out of bed u know what I mean?

Yeah I felt bad that I am leavinng the 2nd shift guys without my support but sure would be worse if I had to were some Depends to work! LOL Ya get sick when ya get sick.

I don't think wearing depends to work would work lol. the guys might make fun of you lol.

There's always the clear liquids diet, until things settle down. Then, it becomes a matter of tolerance. "How much longer do I have to do this?"
"I want real food agian." We've all said those things, right?
