My front yard. High tide here is @ 2013, the water is actually rougher now (after wind direction change) than it was during the storm.

JBR, i have seen storms destroy piers and wash them out to sea but have never seen one picked up and placed so perfectly on the shore like this.

Thanks! We weren't going to go down to Solomon's but the sky was so very beautiful tonight. But we got there just a little bit to late. Another lady was under the bridge taking pics and told me I missed all the colors.. Maybe next time. I really need to get a tri-pod

It was a double but I forgot that I had moved my camera to my travel bag and my wife had "put it away" (WHICH MEANS HID IT FROM ME!). Anyhoo it was just a single when I finally got down there. I have a couple of other ones where the rainbow seems to end right on top of the lighthouse.

I went back to the marina after the storm was gone and remembered to take pics this time... First pic is a boat above the level of its pier, the other few are of the boat ramp flooded, the other is a picture of a crab on a pier underwater but it didn't come out too good

It is a Green Heron.( we have had these come thru the rehab clinic....)..aka, "Little Green Heron" as it is smaller than its cousin. the Great Blue heron...
Nice shot Dems...dont always see then with their neck so extended!!!
