Strange ~ I wonder why?

Areas of fog will continue to reduce visibilities to around one half mile over the southern portions of St Marys County between leonardstown and Point Lookout. This area of fog will also lower visibilities to less than one half nautical mile along the tidal Potomac between Coltons point and Smith Point. Expect this area of fog to dissipate around 11 AM

You've not been watching the new series premiers. It's all an alien invasion so don't stick your hands in the dark waters.

Thanks Lenny. I'll be sure NOT to do that.

It seems strange to have that amount of fog and not see rain on radar.

It's Bush's fault! He took th blame today: "And to the extent that the federal government didn't fully do its job right, I take responsibility. I want to know what went right and what went wrong,"

I knew it  everything is HIS fault.

All joking aside, it takes a secure person to look at a situation and honestly admit that things could have been done better. I commend him for that. I am my own worst critic, so as an outsider looking it, I think he did the best he could.

Absolutely! He stood up and took the blame for any underlings that did their job. He's not the best we've had, but can you imagine Kerry actually standing up and doing this?

NO WAY! He is far too arrogant to take a look at any situation and feel he may have done things different.

I love the fog in the morning at Millisons Farm.
Or looking down from my sisters house in Vt. to the river in the valley and seeing the fog between the trees.

I love how we can watch it just blow in off the Bay. It is the wildest thing sometimes, like somebody has a fog machine and is blowing it over us. We can't see our hand in front of our face it seems and then drive just not even a mile up the road and it is sunny and clear as a bell.

I wish I had a scanner! I have a picture of me walking on the beach at 16 and the fog right behind me. Cool pic!

Do you ever take pictures? I love weather watching and got one DIL who is a Weather Channel addict, a hurricane tracking chart and mug for part of a Christmas present. :lmao:

I was just thinking about needing to take pictures.

My niece is going to study meteorology. She's a junior in high school and has been a weather nut since I can remember. She wants to do one of those tornado chases out in the midwest.
