Back to the fog. I was raised in Fresno, California. You guys don't even know fog until you are chauferring ZZ Top back from a concert in Bakersfield to Fresno, California (did that when I was 18) and can't see anything but the tail lights of the vehicle in front of you. Basically, all you do is follow those tail lights and hope that person is not going to run off of the road, because you are following those lights. Very thick fog out there. Scared to death I was going to kill them.

I was waaaaaaaaay to young to be driving a limo, but the guy offered my and my girlfriend $10 an hour (lots in 1977) to drive them and a few others, plus gave us expense $. He got busted for drugs later, but we had a good ride for a while. ZZ Top took us dancing at the top of the Hilton in Fresno and Dusty, one of the singers, told me he was dying from Leukemia and wanted to sleep with me before he died. I ended up just playing gin rummy with him in the hotel room. I think my gf did Frank, the drummer. Dusty is still living. Nice try though. I beat him at rummy and won $.
