Stray Cat

We have a stray cat hanging out here at the store who has been getting into our trash and hanging around the store that we don't want here. I was wondering if animal control would come out and put a trap out as I am afraid this cat will come after me or my dog or my stepfather as he/she has been hanging around here for a week so far. The other day my stepfather went to put trash in the trash can and the cat jumped out of the can and into another and scared him.

I would like this cat gone asap so if anyone knows of someone who might want him or if animal control will come and get him/her that would be great

Cats don't generally attack large dogs or people unless it is rabid. Probably just a hungry stray. It's Thanksgiving, give him some food, let the little guy enjoy the holiday and worry about catching him tomorrow.

sorry lilypad can't help it but where this cat is hanging is a business and we have kids in and out of here along with adults and can't chance one of them getting bit or it hurting me or the dog (its not friendly chances are its rabid as it comes after humans).

No harm intended but I would drive it to a nice neighborhood before I'd call animal control-

i am not going to try and catch this cat sorry. I will leave it to the experts who know how to do this. I dont want to have to go through rabies shots or any of that if this cat is rabid.

Oh please.. go get educated about rabies.. ......"It is not friendly...so therefore it is rabid???"................

But you dont care, as it will be dead as soon as it is trapped.

Clean up your trash, remove the food sourse and it will go away!

And more than likely you have other critters eating and getting into your trash other than this cat .
