my wife had to pump all the time because they would get engorged.....they also leaked.......so yes, sometimes ladies do need to pump quite a bit.
however, my wife bought one of those pumps that she could pump out from both breasts at the same time. couldn't they just hook something up to her while she was taking the test?
guess the pump motor noise would bother everyone.
