And my understanding is that was a storage issue, not a cooking issue.

I thought the one at the craft fair was crap. It was like a sliced ham sandwich with some stuffing on top. It didn't look or tase like it was stuffed. Now the one from the craft fair at the church at the end of Newtowne Neck road was the real deal.

Down here - this is from a Gringo now - we have adopted what is called the Boliche Cubano – (Chorizo-Stuffed Beef Roast) - with ham included. The sandwiches from the leftovers, if there any leftovers.......
