You charge the kid for driving without a license...that's it.As for the others tuff,yup I know you think I'm uncaring not true.When I first heard about this I was mad at the teenagers and was read to lay into kid drivers,well low and behold they were'nt kids but grown adults(who also brought their kids) who voluntarily participated in a crime.If I'm driving the beltway on a very dark night and there are 10 or 15 people standing in the middel of a road with the speed limit is 55........the're at fualt not me.If anything the two racers are as much at fault as anyone.
