Southern Cruisers are Riding to the Flying Circus in Bealton VA. fot "Motorcycle Day" at the airshow. Meeting at St.Mary's Landing for breakfast, kickstands up @10:30. Stopping to check out the new bike shop in Dalghren about a mile south of the bridge, then heading over to the air field. Plan is to stop at Brock's Riverside Grill in Fredericksburg fo a late lunch on the way back.

See ya for breakfast APS. My daughter's birthday is Monday and she wants a biplane ride Sunday.

I have been to that show and its pretty good , If you take the Bi-plane ride tell the pilot you want the Aerobatic ride.

Take a barf bag with you just in case.

One of the planes hit some power lines. Show was cancelled :ohwell: we heard pilot and passenger survived with minor injurys.
Brock's was still good :yay:

We did see some nice country side though. Good company, good food, great weather.. Very nice outing.

:flowers: Many thanks to Southern Cruisers for the invite and for planning the event. What an awesome day for a ride! I had a rocking good time and enjoyed the company of a lot of nice people. Loved the scenery on the way to the airport... wait just a cotton-picking minute... what airport :confused:

Note to Self: It's not a good idea to be shucking and jiving :getdown: to the macarena through the middle of a turn. :doh:

Guy leading the ride got his GPS all set up and lead us via back roads directly to the Fauquier Count airport.

.... unfortunatly, that isn't where the air show takes place :lol:
We stopped and asked for directions, got back out to Rt.17 and headed south. When we got to Goldvein VA. I realized we were going the wrong direction and started hollering on the CB till we got the group turned around. :jameo:
Got to the entrance for the Flying Circus and the road was blocked because of the accident so we went past and found a place to turn around and head back (again) into Fredericksburg.

Okay, huddle in and hunker down, here's the plan: Rendezvous on :gossip: at :gossip:'s house at o'dark hundred, bring your own punkin'.

I'm gonna need a lift. If I tried to chunk and run, I'd probably stall and fall! :lmao:
