:yeahthat: A good coach gets his players to work to their potential. A great coach (like Gibbs) gets them to go above and beyond this.

Thanks Catt, I was just curious. Like I said, not trying to get in a pizzing match, just something I've always wondered about. Seems like when you have a team chock full of players like Montanas, Rices, Theisman's, Riggin's, Payton's, et al, the coaches get all the credit. On the flip side, when you have a crappy team with average or below average players (not talking about the skins necessarilly), the coach gets the axe.

(sorry, I'm gettin sleepy and ramblin) :lol:
