I got it from McKays on Tuesday night
put some butter, old bay seasoning mix and guess what it tasted like... butter and old bay seasoning mix.

I bit into this. Tastes good raw. That is usually a really good sign. Bet mine is fresher 'n yours.

I got it from McKays on Tuesday night
Tuesday seriously??? I went sunday they had a huge display full of corn...bought a few because I wasnt sure how it would be...it was fantastic...went back Monday afternoon to grab some more and it was gone. Not an ear in sight. Super bummed.

okay I need help from a pro, what's the best way to make corn? I just bought some from McKays (Charlotte Hall) again :iamstupid: and boiled it with sugar and still chewy and zero flavor
What makes corn chewy or what is the appropriate way to boil it? Im from PA and was always told to boil it for 10 minutes and then it's good?? :shrug: IDK???

I grill it. Soak it a few minutes, grill it 9 minutes a side. Give it a few minutes to cool, make some chipotle butter, eat it.
