Well...
...ours is $4,000 a year ($333 a month) and it's a 'catastrophic' plan. We probably put out another $2-3k a year for stuff it doesn't cover.
So, I wonder if people walked into HR and were offered Cadillac plan at no 'cost' or offered a raise of $17,000 a year (to allow for taxes) what they would do?
