FYI: If you know some dummies that think wearing a salad bowl is a good form of protest against your new helmet law ( it doesn't help against the laws of physics), tell them to just print out DOT on a piece of paper and glue it on the back of their plastic beanie

I always envisioned riding along and coming up on some guy hanging from a ulility pole by the spike on his helmet.
