What???

Luddite.

My taxes are semi-complicated so if there wasn't TurboTax I'd have to get a CPA to do them. This year TT is offering something new: you can get all or part of your federal refund as an Amazon gift card, and they (although I'm sure Amazon is really paying it) will give you 10% extra. So let's say you have them put $500 as a gift card, they kick in an extra $50. I thought that was cool.

I wish Lowes would do that again, a few years ago in the spring they had a deal where you got a gift card with 10% extra at tax time.

tapped into ADP to input my W2 and Fidelity to pull in my stock info

took 35 min answer all the questions and E-file ... had my MD $$ in 2 days, the FED $$ in 7 ... spent it in 9 on bills and car repairs

You sound like Larry

Last year was the first time in a long time (maybe since I (technically) reached adulthood) that I filed my taxes by April 15th. I don't consider that to be the deadline, I consider October 15th to be the deadline - April is the pre-deadline for those too lazy to file the automatic extension form.
