As far Martins Shuttle, I used them in the past with no issue. But its been a couple of years since I last used them. If you paid via C.C. and they fail to pick you up or mess up in their services you can contact your C.C. Company and dispute the charges. Usually that will wake someone up...

Airport Economy is only $8 a day.

And you are standing there in the rain until one of their demotivated employees comes around to pick you up. The private operators want you to come back and the van will pull right up to your car both on pickup and dropoff.
