I always heard growing up in the 70's Blacks did not want to live in black neighborhoods ... those that could moved out into the suburbs
but once a neighborhood got above 30 / 40 % Whites started moving out - rinse lather repeat

PG County is 80% Black now ... its not terrible with the New Casino up the street
