Can neighbors share the same wifi connection? If so, how do you set it up? TIA.

Have sex with him and then ask him for his password

Sex is not required, I would start with maybe a coffee or a beer.

But really, all that needed is for whomever has the wifi router gives the password information to the one who needs it. The set up the network connection to that router.

That's what we did. It worked fine for me the first night but they couldn't get online. Since yesterday neither one of us can get online and it's saying we have the wrong SSID. It wasn't changed.

All the info you need to input should be on the router.

Yep, right on the bottm, my Belkin even has a removable card with that info on the bottom, so you can take it to the computer in question. And if somehow the SSID has been changed, most routers have a "reset defaults" procedure which any techie here can link you to given the model number.

That's what happens without sex

Did you notice I said "they"? :killingme

oh so it was a 3-some ....

seriously .. if no one can get on, the settings might have been lost
try power cycling the device - cable / FiOS router as well if they are separate

navigate to 192.168.1.1 or xxx.xxx.0.1 you should be greeted with a 'welcome to [insert router manufacture] web page
