Thats what i was planning on doing ^^^

just have to find restaraunts that hire 15 year olds. Anyone know any off the top of your heads.

one of the applications that i turned in was to nicolletti's but haven't got a response yet. i think i may call them soon.

I worked at Nicolletti's the summer after HS graduation, and I had to call a few times and actually go in to see the manager before he would give me an interview. Just be persistent. Also....if you're 15, you really don't have much choice besides food service. Unless you like to babysit, that's what I did all through high school.

I know most jobs dont hire people until the age of 16, but im willing to work. i actually perfer something more physical. But as of right now im willing to work at alot of places.

Try St. Mary's Nursing Center - in dietary. The hours are 4 to 8 and the pay is decent. My son started there when he was 15 and is still part time on weekends - he's 22 now.

With fishing season coming up, you could always get a job with a charter boat company. Try Schieble's (Ridge) or Bunky's (Solomon's) or any you can find in the phone book. I worked on the boats when I was 14 and had a blast. It can be hard work but if your capt puts you on fish you will kill when you pass the hat for tips. This to me is a MUCH better option than working in a restaurant or cutting grass. JMHO

Most restaurants do hire at 15 w/a work permit. Actually, I think a lot of places hire a 15 with a permit. Eagerness to work, being prompt, courteous demeanor and respectful attitude, and oh, doing your job will get you a long way. Good luck in your endeavors. Will post if I come across anything.

And don't forget to leave any facial piercings home and get a haircut, brush your teeth, wear clean clothes when you speak to the manager.
