He looks a little unusual. I don't think you junked up the thread. Everybody loves their pets.

Your's are cute! If they get loose how do you get them or are they trained by name? Are they litter trained?

They don't get away. They live in a cage, and have supervised play outside the cage every night with the door closed and a towel shoved under the door. They cannot be potty trained, you must adjust to their potty schedule and be okay with being pooped and peed on occasionnally.

I had a pacman frog..he was pretty cool, his name was Frank..he was big enough to eat pinky mice but I wouldn't get him any..so he ate crickets, which frankly made me sad enough.

my next project when I have the time and cash is building up a really cool habitat for some tree frogs

What happened to Frank?

I had a frog, he died. We had a Water Dragon for a couple of years, he died too.

Unusual pets can be hard to care for, IMO. I won't do 'unusual' again.

i had a pet skunk in my early teens. Used to walk it on a leash, and then let it go in a local drug store, and watch the people run out. Great fun. Skunks are nocturnal, and would sleep during the day and "cruise" at night. Used to keep him in the pantry, but he used to knock over things, and make a lot of racket. Had to give him up as the kids would tease him, and he could not "spray" so he would poop at them. Had him for about a year though! Fun animal, or course he was defumigated!

None right now, but I have had. Sidewinder rattlesnakes. Striped chipmunks (not a good idea)., captured in the desert and they escaped their cage. Chinese water dragon, fed mice fetus. Sidewinders were the best. Fed them lizards I caught. A nice diamondback rattler, but my work mates didn't go well with that one, too big. Had to let him go. He was going to get mice we caught in the compound.

I had a pet (wild) fox named red, he used to hoard food.....
My old neighbor had a fox because his parents wouldn't let him have a dog. The first time he ate the neighbors kitten (in full view of everyone) they relented on the dog.

When I was a kid we had a dog that ate two neighbors cats in thier front yards. My Dad found a nice rancher that was glad to have him.
