LEONARDTOWN, MD (December 9, 2022) – The St. Mary’s County Health Department (SMCHD) announced the temporary closure of operations at the Health Hub, located at 21625 Great Mills Road in Lexington Park, on Monday, December 12, 2022 due to property construction. Community members needing COVID-19 rapid testing can be seen at the SMCHD main office in Leonardtown from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. by appointment only. Those who have previously scheduled COVID-19 testing appointments will be contacted to move their appointment to the SMCHD main office in Leonardtown. Normal operations at the Health Hub should resume on Tuesday, December 13, 2022.
