Ugh... I get why it's so terrible. No more "nunny" (what we call pacifier), end of the bed time bottles, potty training woes and eviction from the crib to a toddler bed. No wonder they're so miserable !!! Ugh... tantrums out the AZZ here !!:nono::tantrum:burning::moon: This about sums it up:strangle::strangle::strangle::strangle:

So basically what you're saying is ... it doesn't get better :cds::cds::cds:

Oh, no - it does! Peaks & valleys. It's all good, but there are peaks & valleys with every age. Though, 17 is the natural progression towards autonomy, separation, independence - just like a toddler at 2 is doing in a way, when you think about it, so there's bound to be pushing & pulling.

It could get better! Just think, they could turn out to be like me at 17 :D. (Completely kidding, I hope your child turns out a lot tamer than I am<3)

man, good thing we did or are doing all of that except the crib now at 14 months. I do fear though that boy that is coming will be the opposite of our girl

Three was/ is actually worse than 2 in this house. My second started the two stuff early too

That too shall pass, and then you have different "battles". So many tags get easier and other things get more difficult.

My son does this too. I have a blue bruise on the top of my foot from him throwing his sippy cup at it with full force... :cds: Potty training is almost complete but it is kicking my ass. :coffee:

I try to correct him and he points his finger at me and says "no, no, no, no, no" :nono: Changing his diaper is a treat too because he likes to kick now.

My son takes the potty thing as a game, he likes to grab his little seat for the potty and sit on it, even when he doesn't have to go... daycare has him sit on the potty at least 4 times a day but he likes it too much and has fun with it.
