speaking of food....does any of these good ol' So. Md. people know a recipe for a crab dish that looks like it has cream cheese for some cheese on top. When we go to Hong Kong or Yums in waldorf my kids get the crab thats baked with like cheese in it and on top. They won't tell you what it is but it melts in your mouth. Anyone??
