Congratulations to Danica Patrick on a top 30 finish (two laps down) at a track that's considered her bread and butter. She did really good given that Stewart-Haas cars aren't any good and her teammates didn't perform any better today (Ryan Newman - first, Tony Stewart - fourth). Great job, Danica!!!

Loved Rusty's remarks. Right before Danica's excuseapalooza, Rusty said her performance was really bad, that she set really low expectations for herself, didn't even come close to meeting those low expectations and that she should be mad at herself about it. She wasn't. She didn't seem to care, at all.

She just doesn't care. And her fans don't care either. They're proud of her when she finishes 30th because "she tried". It's as if she sets low expectations, doesn't meet them and throws her hands up and says "oh well". That's not good enough. No real athlete acts that way.

If Kevin Harvick was finishing 30th every week, I'd be pissed off that he's not running well.
