So, being unable to come up with a cogent response, you decide to go with “well you’re stupid”?
A cogent reply ok here goes .
Goldenhawk states that a lot of the problem comes because of both body orientation and a badly designed control system .
Both are bunk, an acceleration pedal on the right and then the brake pedal immediately to the left of it is a normal method of operation .
Mr. Goldenhawk completely misses the fact that many of us learned to drive with a third pedal to the left of the brake pedal it was called a clutch and was used when manually shifting gears, then lo and behold there was also a fourth item to the left of the clutch a button which was used to dim the headlights. Not to mention there also could have been a starter switch which was also to the left of the clutch to engage the engine starter.
Bottom line it was just a momentary problem when the driver managed to accelerate instead of using the brake.
What we call in normal parlance an ACCIDENT nothing more and nothing less.
