The IndyCar Series sanctioning body is a joke.

How inane.

They didn't even think to look over the videotape before declaring Dixon the winner.

At least NASCAR will do that, and at least TNT Sports will say "I can't tell" when they can't tell.

They announced that Dixon won the Championship, and as he was getting out of his car that The Penske driver won the race. I don't see what the big deal is? Unless Dixon did NOT win the championship?
