Well, I'm back

Thanks for the kind words guys and gals. I just hope she got on the plane. She seemed a little scared to go at it alone but she was excited that the day had finally come. Now I'm gonna wait for the call that she made it there ok.

My God - it's quiet in this house, except when the phone rings and now I have to answer it.

I just checked the flight tracker, she's just passing Georgia almost to the Florida border. As long as she's on that plane...

You should have told her to use one of the phones on the plane to call you...collect.

shoot, have her use her cell phone on the plane.

its obvious they really don't do any harm now and the communications industry was just trying to screw people out of even more money by mandating the use of their 'special in-flight phone'!

She doesn't have a cell but the BF does. So when she calls, I'll know she's with him.

Shoot, John scared her enough about taking her butane lighter on the plane. She asked me again last night if it was going to be ok.

I also gave her 2 of our 800 #phone numbers to use if she needs to call from anywhere.

Yes, she made it.
She finally called me at 6pm.

And she's already been shopping for new clothes. I guess she wants to fill up the closet in the 2nd bedroom too.

Awww! That's great news, Sharon. Can't blame her for going shopping at all...it is Florida, and she wants to look good.
