If a teacher gives a child an innocent hug, or God forbid holds the childs hand, all hell breaks loose.

With this in mind, I can sort of understand the teacher making sure that the touching was not instigated by her and that she would prefer it not happen again. Basically, she is saving her butt because she knows that in the world we now live in, she could end up in court for just looking at a kid the wrong way.

yet, I have to say that putting the charges in the 4 year olds permanent record is just a bit ignorant on the part of the school.
