Is this something he may have to explain when he goes for that gov't job in 35 year? Or is going to prevent him from getting into Harvard? Who has access to said "permanent record" the CIA? the NSA??

Schools, local law enforcement, PSS (pornography surveillance supersystem), etc. all have inputs into your behaviors and your permanent records.

I find it funny, because even in 2nd or third grade you hear parents talking about lil Johny f-ups permanent record.. OMG, what if that goes on his permanent record?? They'll talk to the teacher, the principal, and probably call lawyers to find out how they can keep lil Johny's masturbating in the boys room off his "permanent record". What a bunch of maroons.
